The Spanner Also Has A 21mm Hex, Which Can Be Used To Hold The 21mm Bolt Head In Place While Torquing Down The Clamps. Additionally, There Is A 1/2 Inch Drive At The Base Of The Wrench If You Need Increased Leverage.
