Return Policy – Geahr Offroad

Thank you for shopping with Geahr Offroad. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Electrical components, special-order items, and clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Any item showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
  • All wheels need to be inspected prior to mounting a tire on them. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel the wheel is unable to be returned. Manufacturer's warranty on wheels also state any defects must be discovered before tires are mounted on wheels.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Required

  • All returns must have an RMA number before being sent back.
  • To request an RMA, please call or text our customer service team at 812-914-2233, or fill out our email form.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Returns received after this period may be rejected.

Return Process

  1. Contact us to request an RMA number.
  2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
  3. Include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip inside the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address below.

Shipping & Restocking

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to any returns.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns. 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of return approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify Geahr Offroad within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to retain all original packaging and take clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage. Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We will review the case and work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution as quickly as possible. Do not discard the item or packaging until instructed by our team.

Missing Parts 

If your order is missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to have your order number ready and provide details/photos about the missing items. We’ll work quickly to verify the issue and ensure the correct parts are sent to you as soon as possible.

Freight Shipments 

When receiving a damaged LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipment, inspect the freight before signing the delivery receipt. If any issues are identified upon receipt, please refuse the shipment before signing and take clear photos of the damage. Then, contact Geahr Offroad immediately to report the issue and begin the freight claim process. Do not discard any packaging or damaged items until the claim is resolved.
